A rare Argente cabinet by Paul Evans, model PE-43, 1974. Evans inspired Art Noveau style of decoration – used exclusively on the Argente line, wraps around the sides and front of the cabinet. Pieces of the Argente line in this size are exceedingly rare. Two full length doors open to reveal a black laminate interior with one fixed shelf and peg holes. Mounted on a base covered in oxidized steel with nail head decoration. Signed by both Paul Evans and Tom Phillips, one of Evans artisans.
