A wonderful early low-table by Paul Evans. The base of the table, a loopy fish-scale pattern, is gilt wrought-iron. The table also has a cleft slate top and gilt wood frame.  The fish-scale pattern was a favorite of Evans’ during the late 1950’s and early 1960’s and often appeared on his screens and consoles.

Excellent condition.
