A  Silver Leaf Desk/Vanity and Stool by Phillip Lloyd Powell. USA, circa 1960s. A beautiful silver-leafed vanity with a mirrored top and matching stool. Original silver leafing is over a bright turquoise ground. Vanity features a single drawer with a leafed front and hand carved detailing on the sides. The hand carved sides exhibit Powell’s well known swirl pattern. This particular set was commissioned by the original owner for a residence in Northern Wisconsin in the 1960s.
