This apartment, located in a Greek Revival row house on a tree-lined street, was designed in 1986 by Calvin Tsao and Zack McKown of TsAO & McKNOWN Architects for Tsao’s sister. Merrill furnished the apartment with favorites including James Mont, Tommi Parzinger, Karl Springer, and T.H. Robsjohn-Gibbings. Enhancing the glamour of the residence is the use of metallic finishes throughout, including a gold-leaf wall covering by Philip Jeffries.
