Round Low Occaisonal Table by Philip and Kelvin LaVerne. USA, c. 1950s. A gorgeous and delicate low occaisonal table in a “Japonaise” style. Â A cerulean Japanese vase and bowl with flowers adorn the table top. The table top motif and the natural patina in the brass were created with a secret and closely guarded LaVerne chemical etch formula. The three table legs are comprised of intertwining brass bars.
