A Sculpted Steel Double-Pyramid Side Table by Paul Evans, USA. Circa 1965.

A rare sculpted steel side table with a slate top, comprised of two pyramidal forms joined at the center. The metal is enameled in long triangular sections in subtle blue, red and yellow. The surface is enlivened with a regular pattern of rugged lines radiating out from the center of the table. This form is incredibly light in appearance, a fantasic early Evans studio piece, circa 1965.
