Spectacular Console by Harvey Probber, ca. 1950. Mahogany case with tambour doors on the left concealing an adjustable shelf. Right side with two sliding, enameled copper panels in a Matisse inspired abstract floral design. Case on an elevated stand with an additional shelf, finished with brass sabots. Newly restored with hand rubbed French polish finish.
