This pair of club chairs were commisioned by George and Sarah Erlich for their completely Marx designed home on South Deere Park Drive in Highland Park, IL. The pieces decended through the family to the grand-daughter with full provenance and original photos available. The club chairs have been reupholstered in Rose Cummings 100% dark-grey silk-velvet and piped in silk-satin.  All original design details have been retained. The chairs feature luxurious down cushions on a sleek ultra modern frame that “floats” on invisible casters. The chairs and sofa can be seen in period photos of the Marx designed livingroom of the original Erlich home. Excellent Restored Condition
