Todd Merrill gut renovated this three-floor penthouse featuring a roof deck on the Lower East Side for a single female client. Every aspect of the home was custom designed by Merrill and made in his workshops. The home features a high-polished Macassar ebony-encased kitchen in turquoise lacquer and custom tile on the first floor. All furnishings are vintage pieces from the twentieth-century collection of Todd Merrill Studio.
