A unique hand-carved sculpture by Jack Rogers Hopkins in laminated American walnut, Honduran mahogany, and white oak. The variety of colors and grains in the sculpture accentuate its subtly serpentine form. The base has a branded signature reading “JACK ROGERS HOPKINS.”

Jack Rogers Hopkins is considered to be one of the most important American studio furniture designers. An essay on Hopkins appears in Todd Merrill’s book, Modern Americana: Studio Furniture From High Craft to High Glam.
