The Over Easy table is inspired by the smooth, rounded forms of stones found on a beach or an “over easy” egg. The pictured table is comprised of a variety of hardwoods; the table’s darker woods, concentrated in its center, gradually fade to lighter woods in its outermost ends. The process by which the individual pieces of wood were combined is unique to Yard Sale Project and has been applied throughout their body of work.

Ian Spencer and Cairn Young together form Yard Sale Project. The duo designs unique furniture that combines Young’s highly accomplished technical design with Spencer’s master craftsmanship. Yard Sale Project’s work resides in prestigious collections and has been exhibited worldwide.

As Yard Sale Project works on a commission basis, custom versions of  Over Easy II low table may be commissioned.
