What piece in your booth are you most excited about? A faceted console table by Paul Evans. It’s a really cool piece that shines like a diamond when it’s lit. Which piece do you think will garner the greatest response? An amazing bentwood ash table by this young Irish designer we represent, Joseph Walsh. It’s hand-carved from one tree over nine months. Are any of your designers present at the fair? If so, whom? Joseph Walsh. How many editions of DM/ have you taken part in? It’s our first time at Design Miami/. How do you feel about the move to Miami Beach? We signed on this year because of the move to the beach. I’m really enthusiastic about the show. Three things you’re packing in your day bag? Bathing suit, flip flops, suntan lotion. Caipirinha or mojito? Caipirinha. Taxi or rental car? Taxi; I’m a New Yorker. Tell us one thing on your week’s agenda, not related to Design Miami/. A swim in the ocean every day.
